An ancient Swiss signalling device, it is a natural horn originally carved from long curved tree branches by Swiss shepherds to send signals across mountains. It has evolved into horns ranging from 3 to 12 feet in length made of fiberglass wrapped in rattan. When played in unison or parts, these horns produce a lovely mellow tone which soars over mountain valleys. |
